Our Approach

Constellar partnered closely with Le Monde Gourmand as an embedded advisory team, supporting the brand across international expansion, UK market entry, and long term growth planning. We developed a comprehensive international expansion strategy alongside a three year retail roadmap valued at over $5M, providing clear direction for phased growth across key markets. Our work included creating a robust go to market strategy, covering competitor analysis, target market research, fulfilment planning, and global pricing strategy. We advised on retailer working terms and commercial structures, ensuring alignment with both short term growth objectives and long term profitability. Alongside strategic planning, we worked closely with finance teams to build international department budgets and P&L models. These frameworks supported informed decision making around cash flow, sales KPIs, and regional investment priorities. To support operational scale, we also developed international org charts and role descriptions, guiding hiring plans and enabling the brand to build the right internal structure to support expansion.

The Results

The work prepared Le Monde Gourmand for a successful pan European launch, including securing an exclusive bricks and mortar partnership with Sephora EU. Global assortments were aligned and ready for full rollout across the EU, creating a strong foundation for scalable retail expansion. The UK market was positioned as a strategic launch pad, building brand awareness through e retail while preparing for a full bricks and mortar rollout. This approach allowed the brand to test, learn, and refine its market strategy ahead of broader physical retail expansion. Strategic UK retail relationships were introduced with partners including ASOS and Lookfantastic, helping to validate brand positioning and accelerate market entry. In parallel, we advised on market relevant product strategy and supported the introduction of new SKUs tailored to UK consumer preferences. Several of these became top sellers, contributing meaningfully to overall brand sales growth and long term commercial momentum.
