Alongside brand evolution, we supported investment strategy by refining investor outreach, developing pitch materials, and shaping a compelling brand and growth story to attract funding. We also advised on retail and international strategy, refining the retail deck, guiding vendor and partner selection, and advising on retail positioning to maximise buyer interest and support expansion.
